Colombia Excelso

This micro-lot comes from a 14 Hectare farm in the San Adolfo sub-region of Colombia.  The beans were gown with meticulous care at an elevation of 1650-1850 metres. Once picked, the beans ferment for 32-48 hours then they are washed and sun-dried on raised beds for 16 days. 

This roast is a single varietal Caturra and has a sweet, bright, and creamy body with notes of caramel and vanilla.
